What if my blanket arrives damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously. If your blanket arrives with any issues, send us an email at ZeldaRugs@hotmail.com with photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you immediately.

Can I exchange my blanket for another design?

Yes! Exchanges are available within 60 days. Just email us and we’ll help you swap your Rug for another style you love.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes! You have up to 3 days after purchasing to cancel or make changes. Just contact us at ZeldaRugs@hotmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
